Description[]
Appears to be a doctor of some sort, wearing blue goggles and a face mask in typical doctors attire. Possibly a surgeon.
Strategy[]
He has several skeletons who try to kill you via melee, and Wilhelm has shield up until all skeletons are defeated, and will go to resurrect them, which is your window to attack. Strafe skeletons and shoot Wilhelm once they are all disabled.
